We can’t recommend Elisa enough! It’s difficult to put into words how incredible she has been over the almost two years we were planning our wedding.

From the very first call we had with Elisa we knew she was the perfect person to help us plan our wedding. She was so friendly, organised and professional, and made the daunting prospect of getting married abroad feel so easy.

We can’t fault her communication, she was always very quick to respond to any questions we had either by WhatsApp or email. We had regular video calls to go through each aspect of our wedding and she always gave us a wide variety of different vendors to chose from, whilst always respecting our budget. Despite knowing she was busy with other couples, she made us feel like we were her only clients and paid so much attention to every detail.

The big day ran so smoothly and it was everything we dreamed it would be. Having Elisa (and Francesco) there to coordinate everything, meant we could soak up and enjoy every second without worrying about anything.

Elisa is very professional thorough, and responsible  person.  She helped us to coordinate our wedding event in  Castiglion Del Bosco, Tuscany, Italy.  From the event preparation 6 months ago to the wedding day, we didn't have to worry anything.  She has excellent communication and customer service skills.  Beside she is very accommodating with her work schedule due to our time difference between Canada and Italy.  She gave us many advices She has lots of experience in this field.  After all she follows up remaining activities even after a few weeks of the event finished.   Highly recommend wedding and event planner if you are looking for one in Tuscany, Italy area. Abbiamo iniziato a collaborare con Elisa nell’ottobre 2024, con la sfida di organizzare un destination wedding in Toscana per l’estate 2025.
Fin da subito Elisa ha colto perfettamente la nostra idea di matrimonio ed è riuscita a trovare un equilibrio ideale: mai invadente, ci ha lasciato piena libertà nelle scelte, ma è sempre intervenuta con consigli puntuali e preziosi quando serviva, mostrando una grande sensibilità nel capire cosa potesse piacerci davvero.
Il weekend del matrimonio è stato semplicemente perfetto. Ogni momento — dalla cena di benvenuto al giorno delle nozze — è stato curato in ogni dettaglio grazie alla sua impeccabile organizzazione, alla programmazione precisa ed alla sua  evidente passione. Ciò che rende Elisa davvero speciale infatti, è vivere la preparazione del vostro matrimonio come se fosse il suo. Ci ha accompagnati con entusiasmo, empatia e dedizione, comprendendo sempre i nostri bisogni, anche quelli non espressi.
I mesi di preparazione sono stati intensi ma anche divertenti e leggeri. Non avremmo potuto desiderare una compagna di viaggio migliore :)

From the very first conversation with Elisa we knew we were in good hands.
Elisa made us feel instantly at ease and we could see how passionate she was about making our wedding day perfect!
We worked closely with Elisa for about 12months before our wedding, she was on hand to help us at any minute with any ideas and questions we had. Elisa made the whole process so easy and stress-free from start to finish, helping with so many details to make our wedding exactly what we wanted, her attention to detail, and organisation is impeccable.
On the day of our wedding, Elisa organised and coordinated everything, she dealt with all of our vendors, and timescales and made sure everything ran seamlessly. We were able to enjoy every part of what was truly the best day of our lives. Elisa is the magic ingredient!

Elisa’s practical approach, eye for detail and understanding of our brief made the planning process a total joy. From the moment we hired Elisa, we knew that she was just a WhatsApp message away should we need anything or have any questions. Communication throughout the process was perfect. She is so connected in the industry and had tonnes of amazing suppliers up her sleeve to make sure we had exactly what we wanted on our special day. She also did a fantastic job of keeping us on track and accountable.

On the day, Elisa coordinated all of our suppliers and ran the day without a hitch, leaving us to be totally present and blissful to soak up every moment. Nothing was too small of a task for her to help with.

It’s been amazing to work with Elisa and we cannot thank her (and Francesco!) enough. We’re grateful for the help and guidance and we’re lucky to take some lovely memories away of our time working together.

It's hard to put into words how fantastic Elisa has been for the last 16 months. I never expected to get married and so you can imagine I had no idea how I wanted my wedding to look and this gave me a lot of stress. Finding Elisa took away all of my stress and worry. She really took in our requirements and wants for our wedding, supported me when I came over to view venues and made me feel truly special and excited to get married in Tuscany.

How my now husband (as we got married on the 17/6/25) describes our wedding, THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE! It was literally perfect and that was not due to me or dan it was thanks to Elisa. Every email, her detailed scheduling, her understanding of the industry, the large list of vendors she suggested (as unlike many brides I had no idea), any problems on the wedding day we were completely unaware because she just handled it. Her attention to detail, her amazing taste, her guidance and support were just priceless.

I could not thank this woman enough and every single one of our guests have said it was the best wedding they had ever been to (and I know everyone says this probably) but the emails, calls pictures and messages we have continued receiving over the last 2 weeks everyone has said take me back to the heaven that was our wedding.
